Save the date my spicy friends! Sunday March 31st 2019 we will once again bring you a fun filled day! Fully loaded with food, music, art, local shopping and plenty more, all for a great cause! More details and invite coming soon. Saucy good times are heading your way!

There are still only three rules:
1) You must use AT LEAST ONE Poca's Hottest product in your recipe.
2) You must cook at least 60 1oz portions (approximately 1/2 hotel pan).
3) You must be willing to share your recipe.
We are only accepting 20 entries this year so if you plan on entering do so ASAP!
